Ingredients:(to make salad or filling)
Avocado 2(halved, seeded and chopped)(not too much ripe)
Finely chopped tomato 1
Finely chopped onion 1 medium(optional)
Grated garlic cloves 2
Finely chopped Jalapeno 1/4 cup(or as per taste)
Boiled sweet corn 1/2 cup
finely chopped cilantro 4-5 TBSP
Chopped Olive 1/4 cup(optional)
1tsp roasted cumin powder
salt to taste
1tsp lime juice
Other ingredients:
Red chilly sauce and tomato catch up(as required)
Cheese slice (optional) as required
Bread slice 6-8(to make 3-4 grills)
How to prepare:
mix all the above ingredients(to make salad or filling) in a bowl and easy salad is ready to serve.....
If you wish to use this as main course the it can be used as filling inside the grilled sandwich...
Just take 2 slice of bread...spread 1/2 tsp each(use more if u like more) now spread around 4-5 TBSP of above mixture keep the cheese slice on top of it and cover it with another bread slice..
Repeat the same step for all the grills
Now grill it for around 3-4 in pre heated grill......
Once done...take out from the grill ,cut it and serve hot.....
with out cheese..i like this....
